I think this has saved my life! I've been having so much anxiety and the
restless sleep was adding so much to this. I took this for the first time
last night and slept great. The only problem was that I took it early
around 8:30. I wasn't having trouble getting to sleep so it knocked me
right out but then I woke up very early around 3:30-4:00. Although when I
awoke I felt perfectly calm and relaxed unlike before so it was OK. I just
laid there half asleep and enjoyed the time until my alarm went off at
